Our Requirements
We are well used to working in new & unusual spaces from different venues to marquees/tipis/yurts to farm sheds - we are flexible & will push ourselves to make things work; but we won’t work in situations which will compromise our quality of food, our quality of service & our staffs’ safety.
We need a dry, sheltered, clean space connected (protected from the wind & rain) to the main meal area (marquee/barn etc) with clean tables/surfaces; lighting of the space & an electricity supply (usually this is a catering tent provided by the marquee/tipi company). We need access to the tent for our transit van to unload heavy kitchen equipment & our fridge trailor, which needs to remain next to the tent as food is stored here. We need access to drinking water for table water if this is required (if you are not buying bottled water). Power requirements are - 6Kw: 4 x 16 amp sockets would be great, 2 x 16 amp supplies is usually sufficient so 2 double plug sockets in total on 2 x 16 amp leads (often through the marquee company). We also need trestle tables, 6 at a minimum, 10 ideally (again usually these come from the marquee company). Any questions on this front just ask!
